I have been single for many years and I just did not want to look for anyone. February 1st I changed my mind I was lonely I started praying every day several times a day to find a good Christian man and I did!!! We talked several times a day and on March 24th we met at Starbucks when he came through the door which by the way he made a wrong turn so he was a little late. He called me and apologized, he said he would be right there. I was inside of Starbucks and I see through the window a very handsome man. I knew it was him the moment I saw him. I said hello Gene he turned to me looked around we made eye contact he said Hello Mindy. He had the biggest smile wonderful dimples beautiful eyes and I knew God had brought me Gene on March 24th 2025. We sat down had our drinks and talked for hours, and from that day forward we saw each other everyday. Then we started dating and traveling and having great fun and laughter. Our relationship started getting closer. We had so much in common, we love the beach, fishing, board games, cruises. We knew we were getting very serious. . We both made a commitment to each other we would stay faithful to God. We have kept that promise. We have the same values. We love the same things. We both are very happy. On July 7th we went out to lunch to a very nice restaurant the Wildfire, so beautiful and food great. The server came to our table we asked what was the soup of the day she said the wedding soup, I thought interesting! For Dessert we ordered fried cheesecake the picture is in our photos very unique. It was two towers looked so beautiful. Then Gene excused himself and I thought I would check my phone for a minute then when I looked up he was standing at the table with the server, she was holding a camera. Then Gene got on his knee and held my hand and proposed on July the 7th. I laughed because I was so shocked I didn't know to laugh or cry. I said YES! Each day we are happier than the day before, each day it is amazing. We give thanks to God every day for bringing us together. We picked the date February 7th, 2026. The day he proposed to me before he got on his knee he said 3,2,1.....

That meant 3 months, 2 weeks, 1 hour from the day we met at Starbucks. See you at the wedding, RSVP by December 5th Please. God Bless
